Belos to Thyra Linear Solver Adapters

Version of the Day

This doxygen collection documents a small amount of code that wraps Belos::IterativeSolver objects to implement the Thyra::LinearOpWithSolveBase and Thyra::LinearOpWithSolveFactoryBase interfaces. The subclass Thyra::BelosLinearOpWithSolveFactory should be used by clients to manage the creation of Thyra::LinearOpWithSolveBase objects.
