BlockKrylovSchurInitFailure is thrown when the BlockKrylovSchur solver is unable to generate an initial iterate in the BlockKrylovSchur::initialize() routine.
This exception is thrown from the BlockKrylovSchur::initialize() method, which is called by the user or from the BlockKrylovSchur::iterate() method if isInitialized() ==
In the case that this exception is thrown, BlockKrylovSchur::isInitialized() will be
false and the user will need to provide a new initial iterate to the solver.
