Meros: Segregated Preconditioning Package Documentation

Introduction

Meros is a segregated preconditioning package within Trilinos. Meros provides scalable block preconditioning for problems that couple simultaneous solution variables such as Navier-Strokes problems.

The initial focus of Meros is on incompressible Navier-Stokes.

Block Methods

Meros 1.0 includes the following classes of methods:

Pressure Convection-Diffusion (PCD)
Least Squares Commutator (LSC)
